Trade Finance magazine hosted its 2nd Annual Japanese Trade, Project & Export Finance Summit at the Four Seasons Hotel at Chinzan-so in Tokyo on 24 April, with a total of 120 delegates making up the exciting and full one-day event. Platinum sponsors were Mizuho, gold sponsors were BBVA, lunch sponsor was AIG, silver sponsors were Zurich and Norton Rose, and refreshment break sponsor was law firm Ashurst.
The day was expertly steered by chairman Hajime Ozawa, SVP, head of trade finance team No.2 at Mizuho, with a few breaks for panels moderated by other industry specialists. And the opening address of the day was a keynote welcome from Takashi Sato, managing executive officer at Mizuho.
