Deal Analysis: Saudi Electric direct ECA loan

Saudi Electric Company had never taken direct export credit agency financing before this year. The deal was also a first for US Ex-Im and EDC working together to arrange a direct loan. Calyon brought this unique deal together. Naomi Christie analyses the transaction.
