The EBRD’s Trade Facilitation Programme (TFP) celebrated its tenth birthday this year. The programme has become an essential part of Central and Eastern European trade flows since it was first implemented in 1999. Without the TFP’s assistance last year a significant portion of trade flows going through the CIS would simply not have happened.
