Taiwan-based Chang Hwa Bank has formed a partnership with TradeCard, a leading supplier of financial supply chain services, which opens up a new source of financing for TradeCard members in Taiwan.

Financing is a major concern for small and medium-sized exporters with limited working capital, of which, TradeCard estimates, there are over one million in Taiwan. They often rely on loans to purchase raw materials and labour for production when they receive an order.
